Question about Washing Machines
The F11 code is a loss of communication between the CCU circuit board and the MCU circuit board. The problem is bad solder joints on the CCU (also known as cold solder joints) The cure is to remove the CCU (inside machine, top, back, plastic case) remove the case then the circuit board, it's easier that way. Then touch-up the connections for the spade connectors and the relays (5 of them) If you're not up on soldering techniques, just take the CCU and this response to a good appliance repair store and they should be able to help you out.
