SOURCE: PHILIPS GO GEAR SA3125/97 MP3 VIDEO DRIVERS

it simply means that you haven't added any mp3 or video files... if ya want the drivers go to the link below....

http://rapidshare.com/files/119939557/klmcodec395.rar

after installing this file, go to your philips media converter and add the videos you wanna convert, and convert it... after that jus copy the converted video files to the "videos" folder in your player....

if you have added any files and still your player doesn't detect it, then make sure you've copied it to the right folder... also check if those files are compatible with your player... sa3125/97 supports mp3, wma, n smv media files... n jpeg images...

SOURCE: it was not starting it was turnoff itself

You are in a real pickle. The player is trying to update itself, but if the player is not fully charged, then it will not have enough juice to complete the update - but it won't charge, b/c it is trying to update. I would try a USB wall charger, so that you can fully charge the player. Then allow it to update (note: your computer must be connected to the internet for it to update properly). The player may already be ruined, but this method may give you a shot.

If not, return it to the store or call Philips and see if you are still in-warranty.

My philips gogear mp3 vibe sends the message "must

First of all have you loaded the gogear from the philips media converter and is the whole space filled up. In some cases there must be a space on the memory as the system may work very slow if the memory is full. Try and delete some files in this case. Also load only safe files that are scanned and has no malwares.
Hope you try this out.

My GoGear won't synchronize with Windows Media Player 11

You have to update the firmware on that particular player to make it compatible with Windows Media Player 11. Grab the latest version of the Philips Device Manager from Philips website, install it, open it, and click the "Update" button. It will erase all your songs in the process, but then your player will be fixed, and you can move on.
