Re: ok my mp3 works but the clock portion does not ,why...
Simply, you need a new battery....here is the secret....not everyone knows how to change the watch battery and re-install the mp3 device properly. Please do not attempt to change the battery yourself...there are delicate springs inside and if they are damaged, your watch will malfunction. Only a professional should change the battery. if need futher assistance you can call Mercer at 661 917 4615 $35,00 return watch postage included with price.

Are these amplifing headphones or ? Most headphones use the devices power source to make the headphones work, they use very low voltage and various ohlms to make the earpieces vibrate and make sound. If they are not working try pushing the connection in all the way, or try another set of headphones to see if the problem is with the device. Sometimes we get defective headphones right out of the box, Skull Candy is usually very reliable and quality checked before shipping, but it can happen with all manufactures. Gool Luck.
I use Vista with my watch and it works great. Just turn on the watch and hook it to your computer and you should get an AutoPlay box to come up. If you drop down to 'Open folder to view Files', it will show you what's on your watch. This is drag and drop, so if you have your music on your computer, you can load songs on your player that way instead of using the 'import music' links at the top of the AutoPlay box.
Its not worth the effort. Much easier to buy a new pair for less than 20 dollars. Ipod headphones are not very good to begin with. Try" skull candy" phones, they run about 15 dollars and are much better than apple phones.
I have this watch too and I am wearing it right now. What it think it is is the crown isn't pushed in all the way. You pull it out and spin it to set the time and when you are done you push it back in. Hope this helps.
