Do you have the manual that came with the safe? There is usually a default factory code you can use to get in. Also, the model number of the safe would be quite helpful.

This appears to be a safe made in Thailand, whereas we are in North America. This link might work better for you, but basically all electronic safes work the same. There is normally a red reset button inside the door behind a cover. Press the button, put in the new combination and it beeps. Check the combination opens the bolts with the door open and the job is done. Change the batteries beforehand.
There is no way to reset, but they are very insecure and can be opened with the bounce method, banging the top with a rubber mallet whilst turning the lock dial, or by using a rare earth puck magnet in a sock! Or just call a locksmith.
I have a sentry safe 1250 .83 cubic and I have the key I was using the safe for awhile without the combination and just the key but now the key wont work and someone messed with the combination part which I dont know the combination i dont know what to do and I dont wanna trash this safe
