I entered my card number twise because each time I started the live chat it would shut down and say the chat had ended, before it even statrted.
This is making me nervous. You company owes me a chat and I dont know how this is going to happen now. I only want one, not two. I was with the "Guru" guy. Before I could even answer him it closed down. So I entered my infor again. Either way you'll have to give them your service tag number and prove to them that the laptop is registered in your name or you might not get help. Just keep that in mind when getting a hold of Dell since I've been thru it before.
your wireless carrier is the only source for getting the PUK code, PUK code simply blocks access to your phone by inserting another SIM card from other phone carriers when the phone is not unlocked or you have entered the phone code or password more than three times, etc.
here is what you need to do,contact your provider either through a phone call or LIVE CHAT tell them you need a PUK code and they will ask a few questions about your phone(account) and thy will give you the PUK.
