I assume you have tried turning the volume up during a call? if so and the volume is all the way up and nothing is coming out, try plugging headphones in to check that there is sound that way. If there is, remove the headphones and that may fix the problem itself as phones can get confused "thinking" there are headphones in when there aren't.
The first solution would be to try to remove all the chocolate from the speaker. This may include opening the phone case and cleaning the speaker directly. Note, this will void any manufacturer's warranty.
Chances are that the speaker is no longer working at all. It has most likely been damage too severely. If you can handle using only the earbuds, than that may be the best solution. hi, your phone has a speaker...whenever you talk it is this speaker that allows the other person at the other end will hear what you are saying...so when this speaker is faulty, you will not be able to communicate with the other person...all you need do is to change the speaker referred to MOUTH PIECE.
This really annoyed me too, i had the same problem, took me a bit of playing around with it to fix it. Dont take it to teh shop do this.
