Question about Intel Computers & Internet
If this is a new board, contact the store you purchased it from. You
should be able to get a replacement if you just bought it and it hasn't
been shorted out by something during installation.
If they will not take it back, use the return instructions on instructions that came with the board to get an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. This will be your company approved authorization to return the board.
If it's an old board, it's probably time to upgrade or try to get a good replacement if your processor is still good.
