Beep codes tell you what the error is in reference to. Different bios mfg. use different codes but it sounds like a gpu and or video problem. Excessive heat can cause this. If that is the case you will need a new motherboard. Before paying anything yet remove, and reseat your ram (memory) chips and try to boot again.
