Question about Kodak EASYSHARE M1063 Digital Camera
The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

SOURCE: how do I turn off the automatic date stamp?
What you have to do is click the menu button right of the review pics button. Then click the joystick right then down until its on date stamp option. Click it and then then click the off option. And voila the date stamp is off :-)

The camera records the date and time (and a lot more) with every picture. If you want the date stamp to obscure a part of the image, you'll have to set that using whatever program you're using to print it.

if this is while playing back on the camera the 143 has no built in speaker. if its by way of computer there could be a fault with your mic or circutes to it
and it will need to go into the shop
