What was the role of Clint Eastwood as "Blondie" (a.k.a. the Man with No Name?)

The Good, a subdued, cocksure bounty hunter who teams with Tuco, and Angel Eyes temporarily, to find the buried gold. Blondie and Tuco have an ambivalent partnership. Tuco knows the name of the cemetery where the gold is hidden, but Blondie knows the name of the grave where it is buried, forcing them to work together to find the treasure. In spite of this greedy quest, Blondie's pity for the dying soldiers in the chaotic carnage of the War is evident. "I've never seen so many men wasted so badly," he remarks. He also comforts a dying soldier by laying his coat over him and letting him smoke his cigar.

Will not fire up a gps signal

Most GPS systems require a first time boot-up where they scan all registered satellites to determine where in the world they are and what satellites to concentrate their navigational efforts on. Try charging the GPS up entirely, and then doing a hard reset of the system (either by navigating to the hard reset in software or by pressing the tiny reset button usually located on GPS units), and then taking the system out under the open sky and letting it run for half an hour or so, making sure it is running in navigation mode (as opposed to setup or media mode). Once it locks properly onto a small subset of satellites, it should not have much difficulty.
If you continue having problems, check to be certain you are running the latest software on the device which can make a big difference. The latest software for the 520 is here:

Tip

Dig out your own treasure

Some people wrongly consider "treasure hunting" with the use of a metal detector, as a potential source of enrichment. However, as almost all metal detector treasure hunters will testify, this activity is almost completely of an entertaining nature and rarely brings any real valuables.

All metal detectors can be set to detect different levels of signals coming from the metals, buried underground. According to its settings, the metal detector finds bigger or smaller objects, of different metals, buried deeper or more superficially. What most people aim for is gold. Lost rings or chains, old gold coins etc.

Coins are the most common "treasures" found with metal detectors.
They can be found more or less easily both on beaches or buried in fields. In the latter case, it's easier to find older coins rather than modern ones; witnesses of history, lost in more or less ancient times. Many metal detector hobbyists like collecting them as historical tokens, engraved with images and scriptures from the past.

On the other hand, beaches are abundant with modern coins that people lose, for example, when dropping the wallet in the sand, or when shaking the towel, forgetting they had been hiding money or jewelery in it.

Rings are also often lost in the water and washed ashore by the waves.
Therefore, the two places on the beach that may prove the most fruitful, are the round-shaped areas where the waves touch, especially at their tip, and the farthest outskirts of the beach, where people usually set their towels and belongings, and where they are likely to shake off their towel, dropping "treasures".

Good luck!

Where is the location of the cmos battery in my Toshiba Satelite A55-S1063. It does not keep time and date. I think it needs to be replaced but I don't know it's location. Thanks

It's buried (underneath the motherboard on the left-rear corner) and you gotta gut the entire thing to get to it and it's A LOTTA WORK! It's a rechargeable Lithium ION - the same as the ones used in the Tecra M3's, Satellite A40 and A45 series. If that's the only problem then it's probably not worth the while (and cost) to operate on it - I know I wouldn't do it if it was mine. May I suggest using some software such as "Atomic Clock Sync" and either set it to run manually or automatically under Windows? See if that's feasible...

Compatibility of Treasure Math Storm with Windows 7

It might not be necessary- I'm assuming that you've installed it and it doesn't work.

If you right-click on the icon that launches the program and select Properties, you will be taken to a box with lots of options; one of which is "Compatibility".

Tick the "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" box; then in the dropdown list select an operating system that you know the program does work with.  Start with XP and work backwards to older OS versions if that doesn't work.

Hope that helps.

Pirates rule the caribbean: buried treasure for safekeeping constantly vanishing, how can this problem be fixed

First thing you should do is check to see if anyone is following you, if this is the case then they are watching where you are burying your treasure and waiting for you to leave.

If no one is following you then one of your henchmen is coming back after you buried the treasure and taking it for himself, take note of any of your henchmen who is getting fatter and wearing nicer clothes as compared to the others as this is a sign that your getting robbed by one of your own men.

If this is not the case then your most likely forgetting where you buried the treasure at and as such should get a hand held gps unit an and take down the coordinates that the unit displays for the location you buried the treasure so that you can find it at a later date.

Lastly aren't you to old to be playing pirate and don't you know that its wrong to steal from others? What would *********** say if she knew what you were up to?

Uninsalling Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego

Try uninstalling through some uninstalling softwares like Zsoft Uninstaller or ccleaner.

you can use ccleaner to delete the entry from add/remove programs, then delete the folder from the Program Files, to remove the registry entries use ccleaner to to clean the registry too.so that you can install this software later without any issues.
