Hi,

If your dryer is not drying like it once did or if you just have nottaken the time to give yourself a clean dryer in a long time then youneed to do that. At least once a year the dryer cleaning should takeplace. Lint build up in the dryer duct is one of the main causesfor your dryer to fail.

Mounting amp to car

make sure you mount where you can get a good ground and where it can get enough air to keep cool. underneath the car seat is where a lot of installer put the amp, and if you are going power up a lot i would think about mounting a fan to blow air on it to keep it cool. i have fans connected to my laptop power supply transformer to keep the unit cool, here other ideas you will never be told, putting little holes around power supple, fan area, any where there a lot of heat is generated the air flow helps it stay cooler while powering up the amp.

good luck and be safe rod

Hello: My pool heater is reading "FLOW" and there is lots of water. What should I do?

Hi,
The heater has a flow switch.. this is to make sure that the water is flowing through the heater heat exchanger and keep from burning it up...
These switches go bad... now your heating thinks that there is no water flow, so it will not fire....
Change the flow switch and you'll be working again!!

My dryer is not drying there is no air flow coming out of vent no it is not clogged it spins but does not heat the breaker is fine it seems to be a little load but other then that it is not heating?

Check the heating coil. That's what creates the heat, so it would likely be a problem with that. May not be getting power or it may just be bad and need to be replaced.

Dryer takes over two hours to dry. The blower spins and the heating element comes on, but gets the vent in the back where the heat entes the dryer so hot it burns little circles in our clothes.

Check for air flow issues. Remove hose at the back of the machine and run it. Form an opinion about AIR VOLUME. Hook hose back up, turn machine on, and go outside and check the air volume. My bet is you have an air restriction. You need really good air flow for the system to work correctly. The large quanitiy of air flow cools the pieces, stop or restrict the air flow and everything overheats.

I have A ge DBXR463ED2WW .it takes about 80 minutes to dry A load.dryer seems to only have A fourth to half heat.

This could be the clothes are coming out of the washer wetter than normal, or poor air flow. 80 min in a little long but a lot depends on the wetness and amount of clothes. If the vent system is clear then I would try smaller loads and checking the washer.

Intake vent needed?

The blower motor is only going to pull a certain amount of CFM for circulation air. There is some restriction of air flow that is created when the return air system is ducted causing the air flow to "slow down" a bit. The air going into the furnace firebox is probably moving at a faster rate than if the return air was ducted. It will work and you will get the same amount of heat (energy) released but the faster moving air will make it feel cooler. Also the unit might be undersized(BTU output) for the size of the cabin and amount of airflow the blower is creating. Adding a extra filter(double) might slow down the air flow a bit to create more warmth(feel) coming from the registers. Also if the furnace and air intake is pulling air from outside(garage, closet, or under house) then the colder air from outside going into the system will decrease the heat from the furnace. It is better to have a closed system (return air inside cabin). You might want to try adding a extra filter to slow the air flow down some or use some sheetmetal and square it from the intake to try and concentrate the incoming air a little better and see if that improves the warmth coming from the furnace.

Over heats , and has lots of moisture vapor coming out of the bottom.it dries and everything ,but its like it's leaking water

The most likely cause is your home vent is clogged and the dryer has little or no air flow. The water is exiting the dryer with the air since there is little air flow which causes the "water leak". Clean your home vent all the way through and your dryer will probably also need a good cleaning. This should take care of the problem. Please rate this post.

On off cycling, little air flow, little heat

We had the same problem with the same furnace, CODE 32 DISPLAYED ON THE LEDS. I fixed it by cutting the air inlet pipe and using a hair dryer to supply heated combustion air to the furnace. Once I did that it started to run more and more until it finally heated the house up and works fine, so far so good.

We had a severe drop in temps, sunday it was 40 and rain and that night it dropped to -5 I suspect those conditions contributed to the problem. Wife observed this has never occurred before in 14 years of operation.
