Would a crankshaft sensor keep the car from firing an or getting gas..?

It would definitely keep the ignition from firing if it was bad. The computer would think it isn't turning over and the fuel pump won't feed an engine that isn't turning over either.

Should the igniter fire constantly?

Hard to answer the question with out the make and model information. Generally heaters that use an electric igniter in place of a pilot light only fire the igniter until the flame is sensed. If it keeps firing after that then the sensor that heats up to tell it the flame is lit could need replacing.

All 4 igniters keep clicking, when one is on

All of the igniters are connected to one source. A series of small switches mount on each stem of each burner. Any of them can fire up the spark box and it in turn it fires off all the ignitors. If a boil over spills liquid into one or more of them switches the resulting continuity causes the clicking. Removing one wire at a time from each switch till the clicking stops is the solution.

Igniter keeps firing

The problem resolved on its own. I'm guessing some moisture from my cleaning was the culprit...when the moisture dried the igniter stopped sparking.

Ignitors keep firing by themselves after my aunt cleaned them 24 hours ago After she did the major cleaning of the stove I used the oven and it worked fine. I lit a burner (Probably front?) and the left...

Apparently there was a water spill around the burner control knob and in the burner itself; We ran the burner to create heat and then turned it off and let the water dry out and evaporate from the burner and igniter area.

Igniter

igniter's are bad and, or, a short in the wiring or switch. replace the igniter, then check to see if problem still exists, you can also check wires going from igniter to switch with ohm meter for continuity and shorted wires.
