Question about HP w1907 LCD Monitor
Turn off your computer first.
if the power led indicator of your monitor is blinking then your monitor is not dead or damage, you just need to clean the video card of your computer, open your computer then clean the gold plated sockets if you are using a video card. but if you are using the built in video input then clean the memory of the computer. return the parts back to its proper place then try turning your computer On again.
Good Luck, Don't forget to vote for my rating, thanks
