Question about Computers & Internet
When you enter a wrong pin number 3 times the phone asks you for a PUK number. The PUK code is generally 8 digit number. This PUK number is an unlocking code which helps you to unlock the sim card and use the phone. If you enter a wrong PUK number 10 times than you simcard gets rejected. Then you will have to buy a new simcard. It might happen that your phone might ask you for PUK2 after you enter your PUK number. You can find the PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack. If you do not have this then contact your phone service provider. Your cell phone service provider can give you the PUK code once they have confirmed your identity to prevent any stolen SIM access.
