First Method
Many times the reason for the blue screen of death ....is do to the fact that there is a new hardware installed or there is a memory card that is bad .....so the computer is unable to start up windows.....

Also this problem occurs when you take out a hard-drive from one pc and place it into another pc without reinstalling a new windows or a fresh copy of that your previous windows operating system...

1. First thing to try (least expensive) is to REMOVE the memory stick or sticks and RESEAT them back into their respective slots. Boot up the laptop and check for results.

2. If this does NOT work, remove them again, clean the copper ends with CLEAN pencil eraser.
RESEAT them and check results.

3. Purchase replacement memory sticks/modules.

NOTE: Turn-off your laptop AND unplug A/C adapter. Be careful removing these modules. Touch each module at the corners.

Please advise of results.

Try modules individually, see if one has no issues and the other has problems. Replace the one with issues.

Memory write/read failure at 000510784, read EA05E805 expecting EA05E805 . To resolve try to reseat memory.

Hello.

To reseat the memory modules, disconnect all cables and remove the battery. Flip the laptop and remove the memory cover (has one screw). Remove the module(s) on a slant. Reinsert in place. Replace the memory cover. Insert the battery. Connect the a/c adapter and power on.

If you receive the same error, replace the memory. Can be found on the Dell site.

Hope this helps.
