SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: Sharp LC-52D62U HDTV won't tune-in channel 21.

I finally got Sharp to repair the TV. It was under warenty but they said if the problem wasn't with the TV they were going to charge me for the service call. I told them I wanted a new TV. They sent the tech instead of a new TV. He replaced the turner card and it worked!! Now I get all the channels as well as channel 21.

there is a menu that has autoprogram in it, use that and itll scan all channels and memorize the viewable ones. Sometimes it is a stand alone button behind a door or it is in the setup menu. Make sure your antenna is plugged in. If you have cable, the only channel that may be stored is 3.

Only has 5 available channels bought from a going

You do not say how your are getting the 5 channels. Is it through an aerial antenna. If that is the case, the 5 channels are the only ones in the area that the TV is able to tune to.
If you want more channels you should subscribe a TV cable service or dish network.

Anyway, you can try to use the TV user manual to find out how to make the set search all the available frequencies. Often you can order the tuning through the remote. Read the manual or go through all options of the remote controller to find the one that triggers the automatic tuning search.

Problems tuning TV and SLV-900

the video recorder has it's own tuner you do not actually record from the tv... think of the vcr as like a tv but without a screen... connect to your tv via a scart lead and while you are on the vcr's 'channel' (so you could see a tape playing on your tv) and access the menu on you vcr (not the tv's menu) choos auto tune if the vcr supports it or manual tune if it has no auto tune and tune in the required channels on your vcr... it is simply then a matter of selecting on your vcr which channel you wish to record

How to re tune a 20 pt 4673/75R Tv without original remote. Thanks John

That has a PLL tuner that retunes everytime you change channels so there is no fine tuning.

If it is out of tune, then the tv needs repair. If you need to switch from Air to Cable or Cable to Air and then Autoprogram, that would be in the menu.

The model number does not appear in my Philips cross reference. Generally, the Menu is a seperate button or pressing the Volume Up and Down together until the Menu displays.
