Question about Vision Televison & Video
This issue may be traced to your Freeview box. See if you can check for coverage.
If you are within the coverage check for the actual connection itself. Check for the cables see if all are connected and secured. Any kinks or bends may damage the conductor inside it. If you are using splitters, try direct connection first if it would work. If it does not the problem may be from the work done on the splitters. It may be bad connectors or it was simply not done properly. At time you may need a booster in case there is loss in signal even all is good.
Inspect the areal. It may have gone out of its normal position or may have been damaged. You may just need to reposition it in case there are no damages. If you notice any changes or additional equipment around it may cause interference. High Power wires, devices that emit radio signals or wireless signal may cause interference. See if removing them will help.
Other than that it may be an issue with the box itself.
