service and repair manual at above link.
If there is NO audio and no xmitt, then it is most likely something common to both circuits? Anyway it's not really possible to diagnose a fault, via a forum, unless clear cut, which this is not, your best course of action is to work through the troubleshooting steps and see if you can isolate your issue.
If DIY isn't able to be done, then the best bet is to contact a Yeasu local or head office, or over the 'net, and ask for a referral to an authorised serve center, here ask for a "Quote" as to costings and type of repair, this way then at least you can make an informed decision,as to what to do.

After Flash Update (v0227) will not xmit proerly

I would flash it back to the older version. Double check you have the correct firmware. This almost sounds like the incorrect version for your radio.

No power output or display.green standby light flashes.

Sounds like either a blown mainpower fuse or the thermal fuse for the power transformer. If the protect circuit was kicking in, the display would light up, but then turn off with a red blinking light. the green light with no display means the transformer is not getting power.

No audio output on transmit modelyeasu ft840

Hi,

Are you referring to reception through your radio speaker, or transmission to another station?

If it's reception, then what antenna are you using, indoor or outdoor?

I need answers to these questions, before I try to resolve your issue.

Please reply with as much detail as possible, don't be afraid to ask questions in full detail, the more info I receive, the sooner I can assist you.

Best regards,
Peter

I have a PC 78XL CB radio and it is on but cant hear nothing ,volume is turn up

Make sure squelch is turned down enough---if meter shows signal and no audio the internal speaker may be bad (plug one into external jack on rear of the radio).

If the radio transmits and shows it (or someone can hear when you xmit) the problem is in the audio circuit of the radio.

Check internal/external speaker AND SWAP THE MIC as a mic with a broken wire inside or open element as well can cause this.

Yeasu ft840 overload +12v,readout still good

You can replace your audio and receive transistors with a new one or a compatible one and be back on the road again. the transistors are available from all ham dealers and are normally not too expensive.
do not try to fix something that ain't broke. if it is working, leave it.

T5710 Will Not xmit, etc.

I know you say your batteries are good. However, the symptoms you are describing would indicate a bad battery. Just to be sure, you might swap the batteries between the units and see if the problem moves with the battery. If not, you are correct, the batteries are good.
The next issue would be an internal radio issue, such as the unit has gotten wet or moist, and corrosion is beginning to form on the board. OR it is possible you have a hairline crack in the component board and this is causing some of the traces to make a poor connection.
FYI: It is common with these smaller types of radios for people to put them in their back pocket and sit on them. This will many times cause hairline cracks in the component board, or will cause small components to pop off the board.

My denon reciever display wont't work

I read something the other day in the user manual about re-setting the microprocessors if the display doesn't display properly. Turn the amp off.  Hold down the input mode & analog buttons while turning power on. The whole display should flash on & off at 1 sec intervals, then release the two buttons. This resets the microprocessors & supposedly fixes display problems.
