Flashing head message


This signal reminds you to replace the shaving heads of your shaver. New shaving heads guarantee continued optimal shaving performance.
What reminder signal your shaver gives depends on the model. Some shavers beep, while others show a flashing shaving head symbol on the display. Some with red half circle arrows, around the 3 shaving heads, or a flash of the 3 shaving heads. There are also models that beep and show a reminder signal on the display at the same time.

How to reset the reminder signal:
The replacement reminder is repeated at 7 to 10 successive shaves, depending on the model.
In some models, you can reset the razor. Press and hold the On/Off button for approximately 10 seconds.
If the shaving head symbol is shown in combination with an exclamation mark ("!") and a faucet symbol, it means that the shaving heads are blocked. When this happens, you have to clean the shaving heads or replace them. (Note: Only certain models have this feature)

What is the red blinking light showing the head mean?

Red L.E.D light won't stop flashing


Shaving head check indication After two years of use the red shaving unit symbol î will flash for 30 seconds during 7 shaves to indicate that you should check the condition of the shaving heads. This indication is based on an average shaving time of 3 minutes per shave. When the shaving head symbol flashes, all other symbols and lights are out. When the shaver is switched off, the shaving unit symbol disappears. When the red shaving unit symbol starts flashing, you should check the shaving heads for possible damage. If the shaving heads are damaged in any way, they must be replaced in order to obtain optimal shaving results

Fallen apart shaver


This has happened to me several times. You just slip the metal tab sticking out of the blade assembly ( the flip up part} back in the slot until it snaps in to place.
