Welcome to FixYa.

First I just want to ask if you already charged the camera? If yes,I suggest that you have to change the battery first and tried to charge it again. Possible that the battery itself could have gone bad. If the cells within the battery are damaged, it can refuse to charge or power the camera on.

I hope this can solved your issue on your camera.
Feel free to reply on this e-mail for any other questions or comments

I have sony h55 model camera. i insert the battery in inside of camera. but not working. Inside lame is lit. what's Problem?

Yes, if during initialization or other major function the power is interrupted, it can wipe out the internal logic for the camera. If that has happened, and the camera won't even power up, there is no known repair that can be performed other than through a licensed repair facility.
However, if your camera does power up and you damaged the flash card only, then it may be able to be low-level formatted, then re-formatted by your H55.

Fujifilm xp30 that won't turn on.

Things to check first for a camera that won't turn on are battery contact points, and micro switches that are located on the battery and memory card doors. Troubleshooting tips on other things that need to be checked may be seen here. These tips won't work for every case, but they're worth a try.

Panasonic DMC-TZ3: one day it's working fine, next it won't power on. Tried the "Power Saver" reset technique posted ... didn't work. Battery is fully-charged.

Hello
Try removing the battery and the memory card for 1 minute then return them back. Make sure the battery is inserted properly. If that didn't work, try turning it on without the memory card.

Did you get any error message when you try to turn on your camera?

sometimes this happens if there is a fault with the memory card. switch the camera off, take the battery and memory card out, leave it for 2 mins, put the battery in (DO NOT PUT THE MEMORY CARD BACK IN) wait for the message on screen saying no memory card detected. switch off camera, put memory card in, switch on the camera, this normally cures the blank lcd screen issue

Hi,
That sounds like an issue with the memory card. Yes you will lose all current photos on it when you format the memory card. It's also safe to leave the battery in the camera as DSLRs don't drain power when the camera isn't in use.
