My SR 585 works perfectly playing CDs, but today for the first time has no audio for TV AUX, Is it a fuse or switch or what?

As far as I can see from your post, you have connected the tv at the aux input of the SR585. This input has no fuse (or alternative switch). In case the SR585 works for all other inputs, I suggest to check the cable that connects the tv with SR585. A good idea is also to connect any other analog live level audio source (e.g. cd player) at the aux line input (replacing temporary the tv connection) in order to clarify where the problem is.

In case of a problem or clarification or further details needed, don't hesitate to post me a reply before rejecting my answer.

Need help, got a LG 42PJ550 Plasma TV and a Bush Model CHT100DVDTB but there isnt a headphones socket so i can link it up, have you guys got any ideas or help?

Theres a simple solution
you should buy
a scart adapter
http://www.amazon.com/Scart-Composite-S-Video-Audio-Adapter/dp/B006RBMJ46/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1408100307&sr=8-1&keywords=scart+adapter

and
some rca audio cables
http://www.amazon.com/iMBAPrice%C2%AE-PREMIUM-6-Feet-Stereo-Plated/dp/B001VIYYCK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1408100626&sr=8-2&keywords=rca+cable

plug it in
and plug the red and white cords to your auxiliary input from your Bush model (its located to the back of you home theater and writes aux) then by pressing the aux button you should hear volume from your tv
Ps the adapter switch should be at the output mode
hope that was somehow helpful

Have sr-66 and want to connect it to my new samsung led 55" 240hz. should i just use the audio out adapter to rca aux input on the sr-66? Thanks Keith

Why? What is a TV anyway but a high-def light show with questionable audio?

The SR-66 can't use digital or multichanel inputs but this advice still applies now and when you DO get a real AVR.

I'd skip the TV entirely as an audio source unless you use an antenna to tune stations. ITS unadulterated source sound probably comes from somewhere better and higher up the foodchain, maybe even digitally, huh?

Treat the Cable Box (or whatever) as any other high-end audio device but send its best VIDEO directly to the TV. You could also run an RCA audio pair TO the TV from the Cable Box in case you wanna listen to lo-fi news and such without the Marantz.

My Nissan Altima 2010 Basic model - is not

get an aftermarket deck. If you don't have the bose system, the OEM non bose does NOT play mp3 cds. It only plays audio cds or burned audio cds. It does have the aux jack if you hook up an mp3 player or your iphone/android phone to play Pandora using a headphone cable.

I attach my new ipod touch to my JVC car stereo and the screen displays CANNOT PLAY. What is my problem?

Are you attaching it via usb on the deck or aux? Because if it is via usb the touch is probably not supported.

Can't play AUX inputs through Panasonic surround sound

Check the TV audio output setting. There may be 3 settings for audio output. Fixed/variable/none. Try all of the settings, and see if you get your audio back. If not, try a different cable between the TV and DVD player. I suspect this is a red/white RCA audio cable.

Playing itunes through receiver

On the back of your tower you should have auxillary outputs that will go into your receiver. Get a connection going between the two ports and you should have perfect sound. The sound that comes out of your headphone output will not really have the amount of power that your receiver needs. Hope this helps.
