Go to Driver - Network, and select the bluetooth driver. Bare in mind, not all HP Pavilion dv2915nr supports bluetooth. But, if your laptop does have bluetooth and you installed the drivers, but still not working, your bluetooth card might be faulty and must be replaced.

The bluetooth for my HP is gone

Click "Start" and type "wireless assistant" into the search box.

Click the "HP Wireless Assistant" entry in the list of results.

Locate the "Bluetooth" entry.

Click the "Turn On" button in the "Bluetooth" category to enable the Bluetooth antenna in your HP Pavilion.

Hope this helps

My bluetooth button stops working, how will i override it? coz i have my wireless assistant yet i can't enable it using that coz the bluetooth button is not on. My laptop is hp compaq 6715b

You could re-install the bluetooth driver..
Contact HP for the driver..
Or in the HP wireless Assitant.
You need to click on properties then you need to check all the options available and click on apply..
Then you will see the buttons to turn on/offf the bluetooth and the wireless in HP wireless Assistant main menu..
:)

I am trying to pair my Motorola Bluetooth H670 to my HP Pavilion dv6000. Not working!

Hi,

I am afraid, it is not possible because the built-in bluetooth module does not support A2DP protocol which is required to work with your Bluetooth headset. Hence, as an alternate option, purchase USB bluetooth dongle which will resolve the issue.

Bluetooth device stopped hp 550

have you tried re-installing the driver? was it working before, has something made it stop? otherwise you might need to replace the bluetooth unit. A external USB one mmay be cheaper.

Do i have bleutooth?

I went to hp website. It told me that you are supposed to have bluetooth on your system. The following tells you how to verify that you do and how to set it up. All info from hp faq and troubleshooting site. Hope this helps. This document pertains to HP Notebook PCs with Windows Vista. If your computer is using Windows XP , see Setting Up Bluetooth Connections with XP . http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01065493&cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&product=3442075

Me hp's bluetooth is not working

Look at the product information here.
It seems that your HP laptop does not have built in Bluetooth capability.
If you want to add that, you have to buy a Bluetooth adapter. I am using this one and I'm very happy with it. It is Vista compatible, really cheap and very small, so I can leave it plugged in all the time without having to fear to loose it when I put my laptop in a bag.
