all wrong, the flash memory does not save the firmware and because u have removed power too long you have to upload the firmware;

use the software companion suite to upload the firmware and it will work

Without a CD, first of all you need to go on google and search for philips website. Enter your product as Laser MFD 6020. This will take you to a page where you will see all the info on it including software and drivers with an option to download. Once you download, connect your printer to your computer using a USB Cable. After that reboot your computer should detect it and follow the instructions to install. I hope this will help.

Laser printers can't print in color. Thats why.

if you install any other version apart from the one you have, it might work but have a reduced functionality
