Go to contacts, press menu button (the left touch button) then press "Import/Export" then you have all the options you need.
-If part of your contacts are stored on your SIM card, then you need to import them
-When you have all the contacts on your phone you can Export them to your SD card, which you can access from your laptop

goto menu then goto phonebook or contacts then scroll down you will find an option of copying or moving then copy or move the contacts from phone memory to sim memory then insert your sim into your new mobile then you will see all of your contacts are there.

You have to use a usb cord once that's plugged in correctly from phone to laptop go to windows media player you will see a E:/ then click on it in go to pictures click the right side on mouse an click on save as
