My Wii console will turn on, but no signal is received at the TV. The console powers up, you can load and eject discs into it but nothing comes up on the TV. I tried switching TV's and it still didn't...

If you switched tvs and no help than that tells you that the cable that hooks the wii to the tv is probably bad try a new component video or rca cable whichever you are using

What kind of TV do you have?
I have found one of the easiest ways to connect surround system is to connect all your accessories (ie. Wii, Cable Box, VCR, etc) to the TV.

Next find the AUDIO OUT on the TV and connect this to the TV or AUX input on the home theater.

Tune the Home theater to the Input that you connected the TV to. This should play the audio through the home theater for any input you tune the TV to.

Note: make sure to turn the TV volume all the way down otherwise there will be some distortion due to the delay between the TV and the home theater.

Good Luck,
Robert

No sound on base guitar

both the red and white plugs have to be plugged into your tv. If your TV doesn't have 2 audio inputs, then you just need a $3.00 "Y" cord from radioshack and then you wil hear it. Bring in your cord with you and tell the cashier you need a Y cord with 2 females and 1 male.

No sound on wii. were does the sound come from on wii

Wii's sound comes from the tv that you plug it into. You need to plug the audio composite cables into the same place you did to get the video to play. there should be a set of three composite jacks for your cables to plug into. Yellow (video) White and Red (audio) make sure they are all in the input side not the output side. turn you tv up to the desired volume and turn it to the proper input channel and you should be all set.
