iPhones are funny things, but I could not function without mine. Try clearing all the devices out of the car and then reinstalling each device again. Make sure the Bluetooth button is enabled on the phone, if the vehicle assigns an importance number to the phone, label yours number 1, and your husbands number 2. Sorry hubby, it's her car and she has calls to make.

Unfortunately....YOU CANT send anything by way of Bluetooth. I love this phone & this is the one thing i HATE. Used to do it all time on my old phone,I even called Tmobile Tech support. They said No go..Thats the only flaw in this phone. They said it will recognize the devices which mine did also. The only thing it can do is bluetooth earpieces..But Sending/Sharing with Bluetooth----NO Can Do..Call tech support if ya like they will tell you same thing. I was soooo disappointed. I used to share files & such with my friends like that with my old phone.

This is very interesting, I have heard for other with the same problem and the same phone. It soulds like the unlocking process has disabled or dammaged your Bluetooth radio and/or settings. Do you know how your phone was unlocked?

before you try to send him ringtones. under the connections menu turn both bluetooths on. at the same time on your husbands phone push the find me icon and on your phone push add new devices. yours should pick it up.

Contact Kyocera, they have the unlock code, only the maker of your phone has that code. if they say they don't have it then your phone company has it. If not, someone is lieing to you

Please check whether your Phone is Hidden Mode.

Go to Bluetooth settings >> Visibiility >> Hidden (make it show to all) your issue should resolve

1.Press and hold the Multifunction button in the middle of a boom headset while the headset is closed. The light will glow blue.2.Open the boom microphone and the blue light should remain on. If not, repeat step 1.3.On the cell phone, press Menu > Settings > Connection > Bluetooth > Handsfree > New Device
4.Select 86710once a connection is detected.
5.The passkey "0000" is now entered to confirm the connection has been made.
6.The cell phone screen will now read "Bluetooth Connection".

Tips:
1.Provided you set the Bluetooth power to "On" after the initial connection has been made, the phone will automatically re-connect to the headset.
2.To set the Bluetooth power on - Press Menu, Select Settings, then Connections, then Bluetooth link, scroll to Setup and select that. Scroll to Power and chose Change. Scroll to On and press Select. The screen should now read "Changed: Power On".
3.Test Your Connection: Close the headset and watch for cell phone to say "Disconnected". Re-open the headset and the phone should be connected automatically and will now display "Bluetooth Connected".

This is more an issue with your phone service provider than it is with the Go 730. You may have previously set a password for your phone's Bluetooth feature. If you can't remember it, you should be able to troubleshoot over the phone with your service providor's customer service, or just take it into a store to get the info back. Once that's fixed, you should be able to pair with your 730 without a problem
