Either the wires of heating element is bad or the wire harness from the control is bad....and thats the reason it trips the breaker....you will have to open the unit and check for loose/burned/broken wires.

Have a 99 Frontier 3.3. Started running real rough, bucking and jerking. Didn't idle. Hard to start when warm.

I have seen a few crank sensors do this. When I pulled them, they had a small crack in them. Don't know where yours is. But guessing under the harmonic balancer.

REFRIGERATOR HAS STOPPED WORKING , NOTHING RUNS, NO LIGHTS NOTHING

If everything is dead the first thing you have to establish is that the unit is receiving electrical power. It is far fetched for every component to go bad at the same time!!!!!!

HotSprings hot tub trips circuit breaker

Could be a wrong breaker for that circuit or a problem with the tub.
• first see if there are other lines on that circuit- should be only the tub.
• Check the specs for the tub that the circuit is the correct amperage.
• if clear on those items, there is a problem with the unit and that's another question.

Oscillating drum sander runs a few minutes and stops

This usually occurs if the motor is overheating and the internal circuit breaker is tripping. After it cools down, it self resets. This can be caused by bad bearings or parts dragging the motor down, making it work hard enough to over heat and trip the breaker. If you are running it on an extension cord or circuit that isn't able to provide it with the amps it needs the motor will overheat and trip the breaker also.

1996 harley 883 headlight flickers off real quick every minute or so with a clicking sound and my front and rear blinkers are dead. I turned it off and pulled out the key and it still made the clicking...

You have a short in your electrical system somewhere that is causing your circuit breaker to trip. Harley uses automatic reset circuit breakers rather than fuses. If you get a short in your system somewhere, the current though the circuit breaker will cause it to trip. After a minute or so, the circuit breaker's bi-metal strip inside will cool and the circuit breaker will reset. If the short circuit still exist, the breaker will again trip.

To help find the source of the problem, you must determine which circuit breaker is tripping. In this case it sounds like the "lights" circuit breaker. Since your turn signals are on that circuit and they are not working, I'd start there to look for the reason.

When you turned off the key and it made the clicking noise again, this was probably the circuit breaker resetting itself after you removed the voltage and current flow through it by turning the switch off.

Good Luck

I left the red key in epic view 550 for 1 full day, next day when discovered now treadmill will not start, no lights, no noise, nothing!! Help

Check the reset/off circuit breaker located on the treadmill frame near the power cord. If the switch protrudes as shown, the circuit breaker has tripped. To reset the circuit breaker, wait for five minutes and then press the switch to the reset position.

Unit comes on and runs for 5 minutes, the circuit trips off

30 is the correct size breaker for this unit. It sounds like there is a grounding issue going on in the system. Or off of the Thermostat. Something is grounding out causing the switch to trip. Are you running #10 wire to breaker and the unit? If not you will need to increase your wire size

My dishwasher won't run at all. I try to turn it on but nothing happens.

First, go see if the circuit breaker is tripped, if so reset. If it trips again,(only if you are handy.. ) Remove inner front panel and insulation, check push button area circuit board for integrity and loose electrical connections, re solder bad connections if needed. Reassemble.
