It is possible that you have a problem with the door?s sensor, maybe it?s turned off or maybe some water fell on it. This is the reason why the micro controller interpret that the door is still open, and that?s why the washing procedure does not start. You have to find the manual and determine where is the location of the sensor and then see in what state it is (Turned off, wet, or damaged)

it definitely is NOT self explanitory as to where the LATCH is supposed to be anchored when not in use. It took some time, but I figured it out. The Top Tether should be hooked on the recline prop/foot/base area - depending on which way you have this positioned - for forward or rear-facing use, the piece to hook the top tether on could either be towards the front (rf mode) or back (ff mode). It's just a simple cut out in the plastic. The Lower Anhcors need to be clipped to a small plastic notch along the back side of the seat shell - you have to lift up the cover to get a good look at them - they are towards the top of the seat on the back and don't really look like much but do secure the lower anchors when attached.
I hope that helps! Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
