Hi, I'm just wondering if you can provide further information. Is there any chance that when you was replacing the side of the case that you accidentally knocked or bumped something inside the pc? Did you touch anything on the motherboard? You can check that all the cables and connectors are firmly pushed in, make sure you ground yourself first before touching anything inside your pc and you do this by touching a metal port of the rear of your computer to release any static discharge on your fingers. Try resetting the bios. Also make sure the jumper for case lock is off.

Opening a computer case should not cause a problem, that I am aware of? Is the case replaced/closed? F-1? Why? What kind of computer? What OS?

Dropped my phone and now it won't turn or or do anything. What is the proper way for the thread to be?

Pull out the battery and put it back in. Check it to be in the perfect position, and it makes contact. It is a chance that your power button doesn't work, so check your phone case if is cracked or opened (if it is try to close it)
If ur disply is broken at least it should make some sounds when you start the phone or press any keys, etc...
Good luck :)

The system intruded , chassis opened or tempered before

Some computer display this message when the case has been opened. After installing components in your computer and closing the case/cover then go into the BIOS setting and reset the chassis intruder detector.
