Hi Bilal,

If you have deleted the sms from your phone memory and not from the SIM card u can copy the sms from SIM . If you deleted the messages from SIM itself here are the some of the tools that may help you.

My phone will only delet a certain amount of text messages in my inbox. it leaves 188 messages. we have tried to delet them in every way possible.

the last resort is to master reset the phone and it will lost / delete all the data from your phone including contacts saved on the phone memory. if the messeges are saved in the memory card then format it.

My lg xenon says i have a message, but i dont!

hey that same thing happened to me. i think why it happened is if u delete a message before you look at it, so dont do that, and i went to setting and phone settings and deleted all the phone memory which got rid of it but it deleted some of my contacts that were saved to the phone memory. so like all the contacts you added after you got the phone. but yeah it gets rid of it

Delete

You need to go to each option, ie pictures go to camera then pictures on phone and check mark each one then select delete.

sane for Messeging textes There should be an option to delete all messgege.

Phone books vary you might be able to delete all phone book info at the same time or you may have to go to each entry to delet them.

Deleting the recent log

thank u so much for trying to help. I guess my message wasnt clear enough though. The phone is not storing my "messages", I'm not having a problem with that, I can clear them, no problem. Its the "recent log" under the "add recipients" that does not clear. The "recent log" stores all the numbers you ever text messaged to. I want to clear the #'s that I've text messaged to, not regular calls, thats easy to clear. For some reason this phone stores all the #'s that you text to. If you can figure it out, i'll give u a million dollars!!! just joking of course.
thank u!
