This may be due to the application you are trying to install is not yet signed. Go and register to cer.opda.cn/en. You will need to upload any unsigned software and they will signed it with your IEMI. Another way is to hack your phone so that unsigned software can be installed directly. Note: Hacking is illegal

That could depend on the firmware on your mobile. try to have it upgraded to the latest then do the reinstallation again.
