I'm assuming this is for the Counterpoint SA5.1, in which case I only have one schematic for this pre-amp. There was no service manual for the 5.1 as it used the service manual for the SA5 with updated schematics. I've zipped up the schematic I have for the 5.1 (JPG and PDF) with the owners manual for the SA5, which has some block diagrams, and uploaded this to Rapidshare for you.

Download instructions

1. Click on the link above. The Rapidshare download page will open in a new browser window
2. Scroll to the bottom right corner of the download page and click "Slow Download"
3. Wait for the timer to count down to zero (usually about 30-60 seconds)
4. Click on "Download Now!"
5. Save the file ( to your PC.

The file is about 6mb so should download in less than a minute on a broadband connection.

Hope this helps. If you have any difficulty downloading, saving, or unzipping the file or need further assistance, please let me know. You can reply to me by clicking on "Add a Comment" below your question.

Technics SU-9070 Preamplifier: two RCA outputs, one marked DC and the other marked normal. What is the DC one for, and could I use both at the same time to power two amps? No manual or schematics.

The CD output means its Direct Current coupled, while the Normal output has a DC blocking capacitor in-series, thus limiting low frequency response.

You can can use both, but I wouldn't. (At least in a permanent setup)

How do I connect and hear a technics SLB210 turntable to a DV250 sound system

The signal output from the turntable is very low and needs a special input which most modern sound systems no longer have.
You will need to connect your turntable to a preamplifier.
The output from this preamplifier then goes to the auxiliary input ("AUX") of your sound system.
A good starting page to look around for a turntable preamplifier is here:
Good luck!

Which xitel product records directly from turntable

You need a turntable with a built-in phono preamplifier that has a 'Line out' output if you want to record directly from it using Xitel's INport. Alternatively you could connect your turntable to a standalone phono-preamplifier and connect the INport to its output.

Can I attached a turntable to a Technics SL-DV290 CD Player .If so how, Thanks

Only if the turntable is preamplified or you get a phono preamplifier for it or run all of it through a receiver that supports the turntable.

Google it.

What inputs on the Denon AVR 1500 do I use for connecting a turntable

If the turntable is old-school (not self-preamplified) just connect it to PHONO.

If the TT is self-preamplified use any available Line Level input, like AUX.

I have stereo preamplifier and a tuner and

What you need is a power amp.Now if you have rca jacks for the preamp ouput you can use any power amp that has that type of connectors for input.Just try to match it with the power handling capabilities of your speakers, it should be written at the back of it along with the impedance(4 to 8 ohms standard)
