Question about Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines

Hi, I have a Sunbeam Intuitive Digital EM8910 and when i press the on/off switch, it will turn on and then a slight click noise occurs and then the unit will turn itself straight off again. The motor which runs the grinder doesn't work very well and I think i burnt it out the other day so I'm guessing the problem is that the machine senses the motor when doing its start up. Any ideas and cheapest fix??

It is better to buy new one than repair the burnt motor.

Its the door covering the brewing unit.. above the waste container. Check that its closed properly. there is a silver catch at the top and inside there is a black tab that senses when its closed. If its not closed properly or the black tab is broken it will give these symptoms..
Hope this helps

How to turn off the alarm in sunbeam verve 68 resilium

Take a pair of Channel Lock pliers and slightly unscrew the post that the latch catches and move it laterally inward about a quarter inch (you can tell by the original placement mark) this should solve your problem.

My Sunbeam intuitive Coffee machine keeps telling that my waste container i9s out, when it isnt. What can i do?

We have this problem too. Turn the Intuitive off. Hold down the first 3 buttons to the left (Ok, No. Cups, and next button .. can't think what it is) as you turn the machine on again. This seems to effectively re-boot our machine and the message goes away. Hope this works for you as well.

I have a ctm scooter the battries are charged fully when i switch on the scooter will not work switch off and on again it then will travel a few feet before stopping

I would say the throttle pot is slightly out of neutral allowing the scooter to travel slightly when turned on. Try moving the throttle lever slightly in the opposite direction to which the scooter is travelling (i.e. if the scooter moves forward when turned on, press the lever to go backwards, but only a small amount). If the scooter stops and you hear a clicking noise from the back of the scooter (this would be the brake clicking on) then that would be your problem. Would just need a small adjustment but best left to a dealer as it has to be sopt on! Sometimes scooters will not work if the throttle is slightly out but if its only a very small amount out of neutral, it might sometimes work in the manner you have suggested. We have come accross this fault on a few occasions. Hope this helps...
