Hi, try to erase your printer jobs.

Write cmd in your start button (you maybe have to run as admin)
a black window appears then write: stop spooler and press enter
and wait for the windows to close.

Now you should be able to print again.

Try also to look here for newer software:

Remember to select the windows system you are useing 32 or 64 bit.

There is different models of your product, you can find the right driver here:

Hope this will help you.

It is possible that the printer driver software is corrupt . So to reset remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. Now reinstall the printer software and connect the Printer to be detected and installed. Check printer properties to see the ink levels.

Loading win xp gives message script file cleanvirus.vbs not found

Disable System Restore. Scan your computer with the free version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.
http://malwarebytes.org/
If you don't have an Anti-Virus program, download Avast and scan.
http://www.avast.com/
If both scans don't detect anything, do this..
Ctrl-Alt-Del > Processes - End the following processes in order:
dxdlg.exe
wscript.exe
Start > Run > regedit - Open the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
In the right hand pane, select Userinit and delete everything except C:\windows\system32\ userinit.exe

Make sure the processes wscript.exe and dxdlg.exe are not running.

Delete the following files
C:\Windows\System32\dxdlg.exe
C:\Windows\System32\boot.vbs
In your Windows drive, search for boot.vbs and delete all of them.
In your Windows drive, search for kinza.exe and delete all of them.
Enable System Restore.
Restart your computer.

Trojans wont go away. Hijackthis SCAN help

I am of the mind to do a complete reinstall of the operating system including flash the BIOS even if it is the same version. I worked many hours tracking down and thinking you found every part of the problem on to hit an .EXE and it all starts over again....I just clean out everything and start fresh.
If you tell us what make and model of computer along with the operating system it is we can direct you to the drivers for the reinstall. Some off those programs - for example AOL seem to be virus magnets. (if it is a dell it is really simple if you just put in your service code- it give you your particular driver of your computer.)
That is what I would do...Or you can keep hunting.
please leave rating,,,thank you

My computers CPU is running 100% because of a program called spoolvs.exe

Here is a solution that I read in "Tim's Journal" a while back.
Repost and let me know if it works for you.

Go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services and stop the Print Spooler. Turn off the printer. Now go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS and delete the files there. I found '00020.SHD' and '00020.SPL'. Now turn your printer back on and restart the service. Check task manager, spoolsv.exe should be at 00%.

C:\windows\services.exe

It is a Services Control Manager, which is responsible for running, ending, and interacting with system services.

Notice that: C:\windows\system32\services.exe is normal, but with C:\windows\services.exe is not normal and therefore might be a trojan.

This file should be located in %windir%/system32 (ex. C:\Windows\System32) if not or is found outside this system folder it could be a trojan.

Try deleting it with Security Task Manager then delete the directory and the entries in the registry : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run & HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.
