SOURCE: casio FX-9750G Plus won't turn on

I had the same problem too. I just bought it and I was trying to turn it on but it wouldn't though the manual said that it was supposed to automatically when the tab was pulled out. Good news: the Reset button on the back works. I pushed it for some time with the end of a toothpick and it worked.

hope it helps.

SOURCE: Standard Deviation

Hello,

In the main menu select [STAT] icon to enter Stat mode and display the statistical data lists. Use the satistical data lists to input data and perform statistical calculations. Use the arrows to move the highlighting around the lists.

Exemple: Enter the following values in List 1

1st line enter 90 [EXE]

2nd line 85 [EXE]

3 79 [EXE]

4 75 [EXE]

5 70 [EXE]

6 68 [EXE]

7 56 [EXE]

When finished you press [F2:Calc], then [F1:1Var] and the statistical results appear on screen.

Title of screen : 1-Variable

x bar =74.7142857

Capital Sigma x= 523

Capita Sigma X squared = 39851

x lower case sigma n = 10.5249945

x lower case sigma n-1= 11.3682934

n = 7

Scroll down with Down arrow to access other data

minX =56

Q1=68

Med =75

Q3=85

Xbar -x lower case sigma n =64.1892911

x bar + x lower case sigma n = 85.2392802

maxX=90

Mod=90

All you have to do now, is to look at the theory you learned and interpret what these values mean.

Hope it helps.

SOURCE: how to use casio fx-9750G PLUS to find inverse????

To calculate the reciprocal of a numerical value you can use

- 1 / numerical value or
- use the key sequence [SHIFT] [ ) ] (X to -1), if the number is already displayed (stored in answer Ans memory)

1 [/] 13 [EXE] result is 0.07692307692 or

13 [EXE] to have 13 in Ans memory (displayed) and [SHIFT][ ) ] [X to -1] [EXE].

For such a simple number as 13, calculating its reciprocal the second way seems ridiculous, but if the number is already displayed the second method is the only efficient one if you do not want to copy the result on a piece of paper and retype so as to calculate its reciprocal.

Contact Casio center that services your area or your part of the world. But it might be less expensive to just go buy another calculator (new or used) and take a better care of it.

There is no program on the calculator to perform that calculation. You may wnat to search the Casio education web site for a row reduction program. I know there is on ein the Casio Program library for the FX-9750G Plus. But that resource requires to login onto the site.

No, it does not. You will need a graphing calculator such as the Casio FX-9750G Plus or the newer version FX-9750 GII.

A simple procedure THAT MAY REVIVE the calculator is to reset the calculator by pressing the RESET button on the back. Use a straightened paper clip to press the recessed button.

Hello,

If by calculus problem you mean derivatives of functions, integrals, extrema and such things, I am sorry to inform you that neither the Casio FX-300MS, nor the FX-991MS can handle them. The newer Casio calculator FX-991ES is capable of performing numerical differentiations and integrations. There also graphing calculators by Casio FX-9750G, FX-9860G as well as by Texas Instruments (TI 83 PLUS/TI84PLUS) that are reasonably performant in that area.

Hope it helps.

Hello,

Turn calculator ON. You should see several icons. Use the arrows to highlight the RUN icon. Press [EXE], the screen clears and you are left with a blinking cursor. Now you are ready to start using the basic functions (add, subtract, multiply, etc.). But if you want to do more and pay tribute to the huge capabilities of your calculator, you should take a look at the manual.

Here is the link to all chapters..
