Question about LG Cyon
You can get support from the LG support center. so please log on to the following website and post your query.
Now if the menu settings are set to English the text must also follow suit. It will be good to contact the service provider you are presently using. Now I am not sure where the phone is used as I presume that this is in Korea and hence the text is translated.

I don't think you can fix it as it is not broken. You have purchased a chinese version of the phone. You may be able to get the phone to english by taking it to LG and ask if they will flash it to a english or american or european version, where ever you are.
They probably wont.
So I suggest learning the language.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
