Check or test your network card, RJ45 network cable & Router one or any of the parts could be faulty. ie if you are having the "network cable unplugged"

1. If your network is onboard, your can use a USB or PCI network adapter installed to your PC to test it on your router.

2. For your RJ45 standard network cable, you can use a Network cable tester to if the cable connection is OK.

3. As for the router, test it on a PC with working network port to verify if the router network port is working.

Hope it helps.

1. Make sure the LAN/ Ethernet cable and RJ-45 connectors at both ends of the cable are fine and the cable is not damaged.
2. To identify the problem, try a short cable and another PC/ Laptop

Let me know if any further clarification/ assistance is required.
Hope it helps! Good Luck!

Epson wf-7520 power light, auto answer light & wi-fi light blink

As far as the wifi is concerned, try getting it connected to your home network. Once it gets connected, go into your network settings and try to get the IP address. If you can obtain that, you should be able to add a network printer using TCP/IP port. Also, see if you can factory reset the printer, and start the setup all over.

When I plug in the router, the power light comes on steadily, and four other lights are flashing. The light that looks like a globe, and the lights shaped like computers numbered 1-4 all start flashing. ...

On page 6 of the DIR-600 user manual, try pressing and holding the reset button for 30 seconds using the tip of a ballpoint pen to factory reset the router.
If that does not resolve the issue, then most likely your router has failed and will need to be replaced. This DIR-600 router became End Of Serviceable Life on December 1, 2009.

Dir-300 dlink router asking to reset to factory after installatio

there's an easy way to reset your router back to its factory setting... inspect the physical appearance of your router... there should be s small hole.... inside that small hole is a reset button

How to reset? ..... while the router is on...Using a small pointing object, much better if you use a paper clip..... insert the paper clip to the hole... press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds...

That's it your router will restart itself and the settings is back to its factory settings...

Hope that help you..
Much appreciated if you rate this help... thanks

My D-Link DIR-625 is constantly toggling between conencted/&not

it's possible, i would try moving the computer to a diferent prot on the router and also pluging in a diferent computer, you could also have a bad cable. if it won't work with another cable on another computer then you will probably have to buy a new router. if it works with another computer you will probably need to replace your pc's network card. (though i would try reinstalling the driver first.)
