Yes, I have the same problem. I cooked something on the stove top and it boiled over. Got into the control panel and cleaned it out, put it back together but when I turn the oven on it starts for a few minutes and even warms up, but then shuts off and gives the F7:E0 error code. How do I unlock the code and use the oven again. With the stove top there is no problem.

    Please, somebody, help.

    Thank you so much.

I have a Kitchenaide KGRT607HWH6 the oven gets up to temperature and then displays the F7:E0 code and shuts down What is this error code?

The error code "F7:E0" means "Invalid latch switch reading".

The first thing I would do is check the interlock switch on the door latch and the door latch itself (the door latch assembly is located on the back of the range). The interlock switch must be closed when the door is locked.

If there is nothing wrong, then check the wires from the switch to the control board.

If wires are fine then replace the control board.

Have error message F2EO,oven not working

F2 - E0 Shorted keypad (also called touch pad) 1. Check keypad connector for firm connection (keypad connects to control board).
2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 seconds, replace keypad (also called touch pad or membrane switch). Some models incorporate keypad in to control board as one unit. In this case, replace control board (also called ERC or clock).

My Kitchenaid KERC506HBS stopped working, displayed E1-F5 and oven door is locked and won't open. Started smoking so we shut it off at the breaker.

The E1- F5 error is a door lock error.

The control (TIMER) has likely failed in this instance - BUT...

Sometimes when you disconnect power to a range and reconnect it the electronic range control gets confused.
You should disconnect power again for 15 seconds and reconnect and see if that helps.

If it doesn't cure the E1- F5 error hold the bake button in until E0- F2 appears in the display.
This is the error for a stuck button on the keypad and is the way to clear the memory of the electronic range control.

Sometimes these work, but if the control has failed it won't make any difference.

Kitchenaid Oven won't work E0 F2 on the control pad

F2-E0 - Shorted Touch Pad (Keypad) - Check the connection between the touch pad (keypad) and control board (clock) to make sure it is secure.
Select the 'cancel' function and wait 60 seconds.
If error code reappears then replace the touch pad, or touch pad and control board (clock) if all one assembly.
