If you disconnect the hose fitting and remove the grommet in the body, the hose should then fit through, unless there is a plate/s that you can remove to enlarge the access to the pipe. The question and pictogram are a bit misleading and that may be the reason for the lack of response to date.

Power steering fluid leak in 99 Toyota Corolla

look for split in the hard line where fluid is leaking. If you see split, change the line only. make sure power steering reservoir is filled and rack and pinion is full (charge with steering wheel left/right motion). You should be able to remove wheel and inside wheel panel to see power steering fluid shooting out of any hole. There is hydraulic pressure on the lines.

Power door locks

I didnt see the last answer. The last guy probably meant the hoses that the wires run in, into the doors from the body.

Near the hinges on each door is a rubber hose, that the wires go to the door locks and power windows,

Some times they get split or damaged and a wire can break

If the hose is split, replace the faulty hose and refill the power steering fluid. (When the engine starts up, the power steering pump pressurises the system which is why the leakage occurred after you started the engine).

Need to replace front mudguard on vespa px 125e 2003 modle

To replace the mudguard is easy enough but takes a good while.
Remove case from the handlebars (mirrors first then screws and split).
Remove the bolt that holds the handle bars to the steering column and remove the handlebars.
At the top of the steering column you need to unscrew the round nuts that tighten the steering column.
You need to disconnect the brake hose and cable (later you will need to bleed and refil the brake fluid).
Then you need to lift the frame up from the front so that the steering column slips out, be careful not to lose the bearings.
The mudguard is held on with (i think) 2 bolts. remove these and then lift the mudguard up the steering column. drop the new one in it's place and put everythiing back together in the reverse order you took them off
