Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
*If you are using a non Epson Cartridge, it will not surely be detected by Epson printer. Not all generic cartridges have the same architectural design that could work with Branded printers. Sometimes it will work, but it'll only work for the first time, sometimes intermittently, but not consistently. I would suggest you use the Epson Cartridge instead of the generic cartridge.
*If this is a new Epson Cartridge
*Verify if the plastic cover at the back of the cartridge is completely removed
*Wipe it with a clean cloth
*Check the Cartridge carrier to see if there are no dried ink-clean it if there is
*Check the nozzles as well
*Use the printer's Nozzle cleaner
*If all else fail, it may be the cartridge that's faulty
