Get a hold of a dealer for these tv's. they usually have to discard all the boxes after deliveries. they should have one that they would gladly give you.

Sounds like convergence chip is having issues i would return the tv. You should google the model number and see if others are having same problem and if they are then consider different brand.

I solved my problem by calling my Direct TV srevice and returning to the store to purchase additional items that were needed. The saleman in the store was great help.

Should you have a defective product you need to return or exchange, the process can vary depending if you brought the TV home yourself or had it delivered.

If you brought the TV home on your own, you would need to return the TV to your local Best Buy™ store yourself within 30 days of the purchase date in order to process a return/exchange. We can always pick up TV's that are 25" or larger if you would like, but there would be a pick-up/delivery fee involved if you did not originally have the TV delivered by us.

On the other hand, if you had the TV delivered by a Best Buy™ store, you have 30 days from the date that you took possession of the TV to contact that store and arrange a return. Remember that you must physically be in the store to process a return or exchange, as we do require a signature with all return transactions.

Additionally, please keep in mind that if you purchased the TV online instead of through your local store, you must contact a BestBuy.com support agent in order to arrange a return. You can reach sales support by calling our toll-free hotline at 1-888-Best-Buy (888-237-8289), and requesting to speak with a BestBuy.com representative.
