This could be for a variety of reasons.

First, check all your connections to make sure everything is connected properly and undamaged. If you are using a VGA cable/computer cable, make sure the pins are not bent.

Next, check the cables themselves. I do this by flexing the cable back and forth, starting at one end and working my way to the other. Go slowly and make sure to do this every few inches. If there is a damaged wire, this will cause the image on the screen to flicker or change color. Any damaged cables found should be replaced.

If this does not work, try removing individual cables and using a different one. Do this one cable at a time in order to try and identify where the problem might be. This is assuming you have spare cabling.

If everything is connected properly and nothing appears to be damaged, go into the projector menu and check all your color settings. You'll see you have a variety of options. If these are set to default and you still have discoloration, the problem is most likely internal and may require a technician.

One additional option is to check the data source to make sure all the settings on that are correct as well.

I need to get rid of the blue tint on all my pictures

Have you checked your camera's white balance setting ? Try setting it to 'Auto' and see if that helps. If not, then there may be a fault in the camera's electronics, which would indicate repair or replacement.

What would make my pictures and videos come out with a lot of blue tint?

Hi there,
Regarding Blue tint of Photos and Videos - This is tied directly to your White Balance Settings. When you White Balance is set to Auto, the Camera determines the best setting to use to for White Balance (How much Blue or Orange needs to be added for best White). To get a Blue Tint, the Camera's White Balance is most likely set manually to something like Incandescent or Indoor. First you will want to see that your White Balance is set to Auto - If it was not, then Auto should fix your problem. But If it is alrready on Auto, and you are still getting Blue tint both Indoor and Outdoor, then the Camera's Software may be faulty.
Hope this helps!

Red tint right side mitsubishi hc7900dw

first try doing a factory reset through the menu. if it persists and the tint has a relatively hard edge to it, you may have a broken light tunnel and it's casting a bit of a shadow on the image. you might need to bring it in for repair, especially if it's under warranty

Red and blue tint

Often "grayscale" is achieved by mixing some of your colors (CYM) to form composite black and gray - not necessarily just black from your black cartridge. Often there is some yellow used beneath the black -- so if you are getting a red or blue tint, it could mean something as simple as being low on yellow ink.

GL2 drops in blue tint or yellow blocks

Your GL2 has a case of clogged heads. If the clogging is minor, you can clean by using head cleaning tape. 1.Open the tape door and blow out any dusts present. 2. run tape cleaner for about 10 seconds but NO MORE. Hope it works. -James. AVC HD 709 calibration disk
Spyder2 colorimeter (I know most prefer the Eye-One meters, but the Spyder2 was available from my job at no cost)

Here are the settings:

PS3 Blu-Ray player

Output Format (HDMI): Y Pb/Cb Pr/Cr (important!!! NOT RGB output)
BD 1080p 24hz Output (HDMI): On (this TV can reproduce video at 48hz for accurate 2:2 pulldown)
Y Pb/Cb Pr/Cr Super White (HDMI): On (not sure if this matters)

Take time to get used to the settings, you may think the screen looks dull at first. The truth is most people have way too much contrast on their TVs.
These settings will also work for Cable or Dish hookups, in which case you may change the Noise Reduction option to Medium to reduce signal noise.

Monitor is blue-evrything has a blue tint-i can see colors, they just have a ble tint

I've found that strange color tints are usually the result of a loose cable connection, either at the computer end of the monitor end.

Try unplugging both ends, and then replugging both nice and securely (might even try reversing the direction of the cable, if it is a simple VGA-VGA cable).
