Question about Acer Computers & Internet
This problem caused by error connection at hard disk, your hard disk can not read by your computer
to fix this problem you need to open your laptop then disconnect your hard disk from laptop, and connect again
and turn on your laptop
the problem like this usually found at computer with sata hard disk connection

It's actually a virus that comes up and tells you that. I suggest you ignore the screen and download Malwarebytes from www.download.com and run a quick scan and see what it detects.
I've seen this on several computers over the past 2 months, and in some cases it forces you to shutdown/restart. It's just a virus that creates a fake alert that your hard drive may be bad.
