Question about Dryers

I note you stated: No heat, timer not working &10 years old.
This could be as simple as a bad thermostat
or as detailed as a heating element change.
The wires connecting the heating element sometimes need to be repaired using this part:
In addition to above... on a 10 year old dryer you should order and install this kit:
If you note the drum felt seals front and rear / (one for each end) are damaged you must use this part:
INSPECT the power cord terminal block Item 4 this Link:
Make sure the terminals are all normal in appearance with no signs of heat.
BEFORE you do anything.... Cycle the dryer CB to OFF then back to ON and test dryer. Sometimes 1/2 of the CB trips. Also inspect the power cord head.
