Possibly just your linkage from activator the master cylinder is in to far and not allowing it to bleed back because it's holding the brake on still when you've released/off brake. Adjust it out from the master cylinder until it's loose just a touch.
if it is an EFI vehicle then run the fault codes to check for sensor problems
check for a failed cat converter blocking the exhaust
check for dragging brakes especially the front callipers
This question got put under shoes. If the manual says the pressure should be 800 psi, then run with that. This sounds like a challenge and the manual is more of a friend than me!
i have 8000# fork lift when we apply brakes you have to go in oppisite directions to move again(the brakes stick) an also it has very sensitive brakes kind of scary
