Question about SanDisk Sansa c150 MP3 Player
Update your ipod at http://www.sandisk.com/DriverDownload/driverList.asp then plug it into the usb port go to my computer right click the icon when it opens you'll see a folder that says music, photos, record. open the music folder, there you can drop and drag files as long as their mp3 they should play. hopefully after you update your ipod your computer recognizes it. mine recognizes mine but i can only get music on it by opening the folder and coping files into it. may this might help

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
