Question about Brother MFC 240C All-In-One InkJet Printer
This could be due to many reasons, A Blocked print head or dried ink in the lines from the cartridges to the print head cause this, Also Damaged print heads due to running it without ink can cause the head to seize up!!
Try replacing the Black Cartridge and running the head cleaning process. If this does not work Unfortunately the next step involved pulling the printer apart to Clear the blocked line or print head.
