There are a number of possible causes for this symptom:

Too much oil in the crank case. If the oil level is over the recommended amount then oil from the crankcase can be forced up the vent tube into the air cleaner. Check the oil level and drain some off if necessary.

Also check that there is no gasoline mixed in with the oil which could be a sign of a leaky needle valve or stuck float in the carburator. Clean and service the carburator and then drain and change the crankcase oil if this is the case.

Or, it is possible the machine was just tipped on it's side and oil leaked from the crankcase up the vent into the air cleaner assembly. Sometimes just running the machine for a while with the air cleaner removed will clear up this problem. Then just clean up the excess oil and replace the air filter if one is fitted, and double check to make sure the vent line is not clogged up. Then just remember to keep the machine level at all times even when not running.

If it's not something simple like the causes listed above, then it may be a sign of a leaky head gasket or worn rings or something like that instead, which would mean more significant mechanical service is required.

Good luck.

Generator Won't start

Gap the plug at .030 What is most likely the main problem is whatever gas sat in the carb. Even with fresh gas there will be some old gas still in the float bowl. You may be able to drain the bowl and be OK but I have a feeling that the carb will need to come off and be disassembled and cleaned properly. You can try spraying carb cleaner (I dislike starting fluid as it is too volatile and carb cleaner does just as well in this instance) into the carb/intake. Remove the air filter, open the choke, and spray the carb cleaner in through that way if possible. You can actually keep an engine running by spraying with short bursts. Even by just spraying once you should be able to get the engine to start. If it does start but then will not stay running without spraying more into the engine then it is a carb problem.

Over spray or fish eyes

Over spray is just that getting paint on a surface you are not painting (protect adjacent surfaces) "fish eyes" are almost always some type of oil wax or something that was not cleaned off and the paint film moves away from it- always clean all surfaces first before any painting.

Driver door on 1992 accord will not open from inside or outside

It has either rusted so the latch doen't move or you have a loose screw/bolt inside the door. It will be a $150 job if you take it to a shop (non-dealer) and about $225 if you take it to a dealer.

You can try spraying some oil in the door latch area (where the door latches to the door frame) and let it soak for a day (spray a couple of times). Use an oil that is not too thick. You can even use WD40. If it does let loose with WD40, oil it again the next day with something that is really an oil (WD40 is just an electrical contact cleaner and not intended as a long-term lubricant).

Also, you can try to take the door panel off. There are some videos on that will walk you through the process. You may not find an accord specificallly but a civic or camry instruction will be close enough to get the idea. Then you will have better access to lube it or see if a screw came loose.

Good luck

Senco sn901xo is leaking air out the top on the nailer.

This is a sign that internal components are sticking. Try spraying a light weight oil like wd 40 down the air inlet and dry firing the gun several times. If that does not work, pop off the top of the gun, that is your exhaust port. Clean the area with contact cleaner, and lube with air tool oil.

The reason it stops spraying might be a clogged gun, hose or nozzle-tip.
The reason for pressure buildup killing the engine might be a stuck unloader valve in the pump.

While you are checking each component of the "output" side, spray some penetrating lube into the "input" side of the pump (where the garden hose connects) and let it be working on the unloader valve.

Fix the spraying problem first:
Start at the nozzle and verify that it is open by using low-pressure air. Clean or replace as needed. Next check the hose (with nozzle and gun unhooked) and finally the gun/trigger mechanism.
All must be clear and open to perform correctly.

Next, pour a few ounces of power steering fluid (or similarly LIGHT oil) into the garden hose, attach it to the pump and turn on the water supply.

Leave the "output" hose, gun, etc. UNHOOKED and point the output port of the pump (where the high-pressure hose connects) towards a vacant, safe area.
Startup the engine and allow the oil in the garden hose to work its way thru. (About 1 -3 minutes of run-time.) Shut it down and attach the high-pressure hose.
Hope this solves the problem!

the phrase tune up is sort of a holdover from a different time, like lube oil and filter. still need to change oil and filter every so often, but as far as the lube goes most newer cars and trucks have sealed bearings that you can't squirt grease into, that was the lube part of lof. what you can do for a tune up on your truck, unless you are having a specific problem, is replace the spark plugs, change the air cleaner and pcv valve, maybe give it a dose of injector can't replace the ignition wires on a coilless ignition system without replacing the coil packs and it's not worth it unless you are having a problem. you should clean the battery terminals every so often and check all the fluids, make sure that your tires are properly inflated, stuff like that. the tires are one area where you can save yourself some money, you will get closer to whatever the rating is for the tire life (50,000 or 75,000 or whatever it was when you bought the tires) and you will save fuel and improve handling all the while.
