There is no bulb to replace, as it is a plasma and by design, they do not have "bulbs." Since you are talking about lines on then screen, most likely a row of red pixels/thin line, what you may need replaced is a board. I'll assume it's not under warranty and you may be looking at a few hundred dollars to replace a board as a ballpark figure. It's time to call and get a service tech out to your residence.
