What is the complete model number? I assume this is a 32inch lcd. If it is then you need to check for puffed capacitors on the power supply pcb. If there are any you need to replace them with equal or slightly greater values. The values are printed on the capacitors in mfd and voltage.
To do this you need to lay the tv on a cushioned surface face down. The surface must be large enough to support the whole tv. This is to prevent damage to the panel.
Remove all screws securing back of tv, remove the back and check the power supply for puffed caps. The power supply pcb is the one with the power cord attached. If there are any they need to be replaced with a soldering iron. Let me know how this goes. Thank you
